Precelya is a fixed-price private driver brand in Paris. It is operated by [ENTITÉ], registered on the French register of private hire operators under number [LICENCE EVTC]. This page sets out what we do, why we do it this way, and what you will not find here.
Luxury is no longer a privilege
A car waiting when you land, a board with your name on it, a child seat already fitted: that kind of comfort should not mean haggling or keeping an eye on a meter. We kept what matters in a ride with a driver, a clean car, a driver who knows when you arrive, a clear price, and dropped what makes it expensive without making it better. That is what we mean by "reliable, no frills".
In practice we do a handful of things: transfers between Paris, its airports and its railway stations, rides to Disneyland and Versailles, half days and full days with a driver, and a few longer journeys. Always with the same cars, a Mercedes E-Class sedan and a Mercedes V-Class van, plus an S-Class for anyone who asks for one.
Why a fixed price
Because someone landing at Charles de Gaulle after an overnight flight should not have to guess what the last leg of the trip will cost. A price worked out by the minute or by demand leaves the risk with the passenger: traffic, delays, a late arrival. With a fixed price, that risk is ours. You know the amount before you book, it covers the whole car and the hour of the ride has no effect on it.

Why the van matters so much to us
A family of five with a pushchair, two couples sharing a ride, a group of friends landing at Orly: none of them fits in a sedan, and a second car doubles the bill. The V-Class van takes 7 passengers and 7 bags. Between Charles de Gaulle and Paris it costs €125, against €105 for the sedan (prices checked on 21 October 2026): far less than two cars for a whole family.
We guarantee the model. At every competitor we read on 12 October 2026, vans were sold "or similar", which means a different vehicle from the one you chose can turn up. With us, a V-Class booked is a V-Class at the door.
Who carries out the rides
Rides are carried out by the operator and by professional drivers the operator works with. All of them hold the French professional private-hire card, which takes a passed exam and a driving licence held for at least three years. Since 27 June 2026, the operator has had to declare each driver on the register, with their card number and the cars' number plates: every car running under our name has an identified driver.
A private hire driver never picks up passengers in the street. Every ride starts with an advance booking: that is the law, and it is also what lets us give you a firm price, track your flight and have the child seats ready before you arrive.
No founding year, no customer counts, no testimonials
You will not read "established for so many years" or "so many happy customers" here. Nor will you see a team photo or a testimonial. That is deliberate: we only write what you can check. Reviews will come from real customers, on our public listing, where we can neither pick them nor write them.

Questions about Precelya
Is Precelya a ride-hailing app?
No. Precelya is a private driver brand, run by a company registered as a private hire operator in France. There is no app and no price that moves with demand: you ask for a fixed price, we confirm it, and the ride takes place at that price.
Where can I read reviews of Precelya?
Reviews will come from real customers, on our public listing, as soon as it opens. This site shows no ratings and no testimonials: we would rather show nothing than reviews nobody can check.
Who drives the car?
A professional driver holding the French private-hire driver's card, declared on the register by the operator. It may be the operator in person or a professional driver the operator works with; the pricing and service rules are the same either way.
Does Precelya drive outside Paris?
Yes, from Paris or the airports: Disneyland, Versailles, Beauvais, and longer journeys such as Reims, Deauville or the Loire Valley castles. Each destination has its own fixed price in the rate card.
