CDG ↔ Paris private transfer at a fixed price

Your driver stands on the arrivals side, your name on a board, then takes you to your address in Paris. You know the price before you travel and it does not move, whatever time you land. The other way round, the driver collects you from home or from your hotel for the airport, at the same price.

CDG ↔ Paris transfer prices, per vehicle

Prices are per car, not per person: three travellers in a sedan pay the same as one. The price is identical to and from the airport, at any hour, and it includes motorway tolls, airport parking and the child seat.

Terminal by terminal

CDG has three terminals, and their names change in March 2027

Charles de Gaulle airport lies about 25 km from central Paris. It has three terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2, divided into seven halls from 2A to 2G, and Terminal 3. On 16 March 2027 most of them take a new name; gate letters change as well, but the walking routes inside the airport stay the same. The simplest thing is to give us your flight number: it tells us where you land, under the old name or the new one.

Terminal 1

Keeps its name after 16 March 2027

Linked to the "Airport CDG 1" RER station by the free CDGVAL automatic shuttle, in about ten minutes.

Terminal 2 (halls 2A to 2G)

As of 16 March 2027: 2A and 2C → Terminal 3 · 2B and 2D → Terminal 4 · 2E → Terminal 5 · 2F → Terminal 6 · 2G → Terminal 7

Served by the "Airport CDG 2" station (RER B and high-speed trains). Hall 2G is reached by the free N2 shuttle from 2F; at 2E, the arrivals and departures drop-off zones are separate.

Terminal 3

Becomes Terminal 2 on 16 March 2027

A five-minute walk from the "Airport CDG 1" station. Watch out for the coming mix-up: today's Terminal 3 will be called Terminal 2.

On the day

How the airport pick-up works

  1. You ask for a price

Date, flight number, address in Paris, number of passengers and bags, children's ages. We reply with a fixed price per vehicle.

  2. We track your flight

The pick-up is timed to your real landing: a delay costs you nothing and needs no phone call.

  3. Your driver is waiting

Look for your name on a board as you come through. A 60-minute allowance runs from touchdown, covering passport control and baggage claim.

  4. Drop-off at your door

Hotel, flat or office: the ride ends at the door, at the agreed price, with no night surcharge.

An honest comparison

RER B, taxi, shuttle or private driver from CDG?

Each option has its place. Here are the public prices we checked, with their dates, for a trip between Roissy and central Paris.

OptionPublic priceWorth knowing
RER B train €14 per person (full-fare ticket) About 30 minutes to the city centre, a train every 10 to 20 minutes from about 5 am to midnight; digital ticket only. You still have to get from the station to your address.
Paris taxi Flat fare €56 Right Bank, €65 Left Bank Same flat fare by day and by night; €7 more when booked in advance, so €63 or €72; €5.50 per passenger from the fifth.
Shared shuttle Starting price recorded: €15 per person A vehicle shared with other travellers and a price per head: good value alone; in a group the total multiplies and the van makes several stops.
Ride-hailing app (Uber) Published averages: €83 (Berline), €84 (Van) One-month averages, not guaranteed: the final price depends on the moment. Child seat not guaranteed.
Precelya private driver €105 (sedan) · €125 (7-seat van) A fixed price for the car, known in advance; 60 minutes of waiting, name board, flight tracking and child seat included.

The Roissybus between Opéra and the airport stopped running on 28 February 2026; an express bus line replaces it, with a change in north Paris. Public prices checked on 18 October 2026 (taxi decree of 24 December 2025, Paris Région ↔ Airports ticket); shuttle and app prices recorded on 12 October 2026.

In practice: on your own with a backpack, the RER B wins. For two, the taxi flat fare and the sedan come close; from four people with suitcases, or at an hour when trains are scarce, one price for the whole car becomes the simplest answer: a known amount, door to door, with no change of line and no stairs to climb with your bags.

With children

Landing at CDG with children

In France, children travel in a restraint suited to their age and size up to the age of 10. You have nothing to carry: tell us each child's age when you ask for a price, and the driver brings the right seat, infant carrier, child seat or booster, and fits it before you arrive. There is no supplement: a suitable seat for each child named in your request, up to the number of seats in the vehicle.

The seats we use meet the current standard: approved seats, Isofix or booster depending on age. Children under 10 sit in the back, except in the cases set out in the French Highway Code. With a pushchair, several suitcases and two children, the van means you never have to choose between luggage and passengers. Everything about children on board is gathered on our Paris family private driver, car seats included page.

7-seat van

The V-Class van, guaranteed when you book

The van is a Mercedes V-Class: 7 passengers and 7 bags, for €125 between Roissy and Paris. In every offer we checked on 12 October 2026, the van was sold as "V-Class or similar", which lets another model turn up. With us, the model you book is the one that arrives.

It suits families of five or six, groups of friends, and travellers with more luggage than passengers: a double pushchair, sports bags, extra suitcases. The vehicle is described in full on our 7-seater van with driver, V-Class guaranteed page.

To plan your trip

CDG ↔ Paris transfer: frequently asked questions

How much is a private transfer between CDG and Paris?

The price is fixed and depends on the vehicle, not on the time or the traffic: €105 for an E-Class sedan seating 3, €125 for a V-Class van seating 7, taxes included, for the whole car. It is the same in both directions, between the airport and any address in Paris.

Does the price go up at night or in heavy traffic?

No. The price confirmed before the ride is the price you pay, by day or by night. A jam on the motorway does not change the amount: that is the point of a fixed price compared with one calculated by the minute.

My flight is late: do I need to tell you?

No. We follow your flight through its number and time the pick-up to your real landing, with no call needed from you. The 60 minutes of free waiting start when you land, which leaves time to collect your luggage.

Where will the driver meet me at CDG?

On the arrivals side of your terminal, holding a board that shows your name. Your flight number tells us the terminal and the hall; if your terminal is renamed on 16 March 2027, we understand both the old and the new name.

Is the child seat really included in the price?

Yes. Tell us each child's age when you ask for a price: the driver brings a suitable seat and fits it, at no extra cost. In France, a suitable child restraint is compulsory up to the age of 10.

We are five with suitcases: which vehicle should we book?

The V-Class van: it seats 7 and carries 7 bags, for €125 for the vehicle. The E-Class sedan seats 3, with room for 3 bags. The van model is guaranteed: it is a V-Class, never another model described as similar.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Isn't the RER B train easier?

Travelling alone with a backpack, the RER B is the cheapest option: €14 for a full-fare ticket in 2026. In a group with luggage, or when you land late, a private driver gives you what the train cannot: one price for the whole car, door to door, with no change of line.
