Airport parking and tolls: who pays them on a fixed-price transfer?
The short answer
In a Precelya fixed price, tolls and parking are included: the amount confirmed is the amount you pay. At Transfeero (tolls and low-emission zone) and Booking.com (tolls and tip) they are also in the displayed price; Beauvais taxis charge them extra on receipt.
At CDG, according to RATP, drop-off is free for under 10 minutes, then charged: €5 for 15 minutes, €80 for 1 h 30 (undated page).

Who pays what, service by service
The question matters because, without a statement, the customer does not know whether a toll or a car park charge will be added. The table gives what the pages read say; what is not written there is not asserted.

Drop-off at CDG, rate by rate
Drop-off zones exist in front of every CDG terminal, marked with orange signs. According to RATP (undated page), they are free for under 10 minutes; beyond that they are charged, up to a maximum of 90 minutes: €5 for 15 minutes, €20 for 30, €35 for 45 and €80 for 1 h 30. Each terminal's covered car park is free for the first 10 minutes. CDG also has areas dedicated to taxis and chauffeur-driven cars.
We do not know which zone the RATP page's rate covers in your case: what matters for you is that the price confirmed does not move, however long the driver is parked.
Tolls on the most requested trips
The route planner gives toll-free journeys for Orly → Paris (16 to 22 km, about 40 minutes) and Paris → Versailles (20 to 30 km). The motorway to Disneyland Paris is toll-free, from Paris as well as from Orly and CDG. That said, a fixed price does not depend on the road taken: if the route changes, the amount does not.
Why this matters for a family
A late or tired family has no patience for reading lines of fees. When tolls and parking are not in the price, it is one more line to understand on arrival, sometimes on receipt. With an all-in price, the amount to pay is the one confirmed before departure.
The child seat belongs to the same package: it is included, fitted by the driver, at no extra cost.
