You have landed and collected your cases: so where is the driver? In arrivals, holding a board with your name. This page sets out, terminal by terminal, where your driver waits at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Orly, what changes with the new terminal names in March 2027, and what to do if you cannot see them.
Whatever the terminal, the driver stands in arrivals where passengers come out from baggage reclaim, holding a board with the passenger's name. You do not have to hunt for them in a car park or join a taxi queue: Paris-CDG has dedicated areas for taxis and chauffeur-driven cars, and your driver comes to you, then walks you to the car.
We track the flight by its number. If the plane lands early or late, the pick-up follows the landing time. The 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing, which covers passport control and the wait at the baggage belt.
Paris-Charles de Gaulle, about 25 km from central Paris, has three terminals: 1, 2 (split into seven halls, 2A to 2G) and 3. On 16 March 2027 most of them are renamed, and gate letters change too; the walking routes inside the airport stay the same. We give both names below.
